Windsor Cay Resort HOA Includes

All grass cutting, landscaping and fertilizing of all homes and townhomes.

Property Taxes and CDD:

Annual property taxes, including CDD, approximately 1.6% of the purchase price of the home.

Windsor Cay Resort by Pulte's HOA is expected to be in line with what is currently offered at Windsor Island Resort, which is approximately $485-$575 per month.  We will have more details about HOA costs and CDD information shortly.
